  • We offer a 5 business day shipping guarantee for all qualifying orders.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends).

  • Example:

    • Order placed Monday → expected delivery by Friday

    • Order placed Friday → expected delivery by next Thursday

3. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted couriers to ensure timely delivery.
Tracking information will be provided so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

4. Exceptions

A 5-day delivery applies to standard shipping within supported regions.
Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier delays outside our control
